Standardizing 500+ University Lecture Decks with Zendeck's Smart Layout
A university department standardized 500+ lecture decks with Zendeck's Smart Layout, unifying fonts, colors, and slide structure across a full course catalog without manual redesign. This case study breaks down the workflow — from auditing decks and choosing contextual templates to applying one-click reskin in batches — and the results: lower instructor workload, stronger student perception, and a coherent visual identity that survived the next semester's new courses. We also include a reusable six-step plan any teaching team can copy, plus answers to common questions about consistency, template choice, and how Smart Layout re-flows existing PPT files.
