- Anyone else in the design can see your name and avatar at the same time with you, whether they log on to Zendeck or anonymous;

- Your name and login time will be available to anyone else who has the permission to edit the design, regardless of whether they are in your team.

As the owner or editor of a single design, you can choose to use the following link sharing settings to allow others to access your design:

- "only those added can access": only those added to these designs by email or Zendeck account can access your designs. Anyone who has not been added to the design needs to request access from you. This is the most private sharing option, which Zendeck uses as the default setting for all designs.

- "Anyone who knows the link": anyone who knows the link on the Internet can access your design (you can view or edit it if you select this option). We do not recommend that you use this option for information that you wish to keep confidential. Note that by default, this setting also allows non-Zendeck users to access your design anonymously (and view the full name, Avatar, cursor, and comments of the logged-in user).

- "Your team only *": only people in your team who have this link can access, view, or edit (according to your choice) your design. This means that if you share links with many people in the team via email or Slack communication, any of them can access the design without further permission.* It depends on whether your team can use it.

Zendeck collects your links and may share them with service providers when they need to provide services. Once you share a link, your recipients may share the link.

(c) sharing related to merger, acquisition or reorganization

Zendeck may also share, sell or transfer your information to a third party in connection with or under consideration (including as part of the due diligence process) any merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, asset sale, bankruptcy or insolvency incidents involving Zendeck or any other company.
